The innovative concept for the high-performance carton erector was originally developed primarily for the beverage industry, but is also suitable for all other applications where large quantities of pre-fabricated cartons are filled in a subsequent step.

All functional steps of the system are designed to achieve high performance while ensuring smooth machine operation. Pneumatic movements were strictly avoided, and all work steps were designed with servo drives.

A key feature of the system is the erection of flat wrap-around blanks or cartons. This offers crucial logistical, process-related, and thus economic advantages. Flat blanks can be delivered on pallets significantly more efficiently compared to pre-glued blanks. The machine thus combines maximum production speed with precise, reliable folding accuracy.

The system impresses with its outstanding format flexibility and allows for the production of an impressive variety of square and octagonal carton formats. The focus is on quick and uncomplicated format changes via spindle adjustments, which can optionally also be performed fully automatically via servo motors. Any necessary change parts can be safely and easily replaced using quick-release fasteners.
