Robot palletizing is a key component of modern secondary packaging. At Schäfer & Flottmann, both high-performance industrial robots and space-saving collaborative robots (cobots) are used to arrange all types of packs precisely and reliably on pallets – from Euro pallets to industrial pallets.

By using palletizing solutions, production processes are made significantly more efficient, ergonomic, and safe. At the same time, the latest robot generations, combined with Industry 5.0 technologies, enable a high level of flexibility and transparency throughout the entire palletizing process.

Schäfer & Flottmann provides comprehensive planning and design of robotic palletizing cells – including upstream and downstream pack and pallet conveying technology. This includes, among other things:

• Magazines for pallets and interlayers
• Elevators, right-angle transfers, and turning and grouping units
