To wrap bottles of different formats and sizes ranging from 0.02 l portion bottles to 2 l bottles properly, Schäfer & Flottmann offers fully automated solutions. As a packaging specialist, we have been developing machines for this niche segment since the 1950s. Whether in elegant tissue paper, transparent film or authentically grippy kraft paper: a wrapped bottle stands for exclusivity. Many well-known manufacturers therefore additionally wrap their bottles. However, this is not always solely for sales-promoting presentation; the transport or light protection of the products may also be the main focus. Extremely gentle product handling is just as much a matter of course for us as maximum format flexibility and fast, easy format changeovers on our systems. Of course, our machines can do more than just wrap bottles. We have also already developed suitable solutions for conical or cylindrical shapes, such as sugarloaves.
