The process is perfectly coordinated: First, the tray or the bottom of the wraparound carton is fully erected. The blanks are folded around a corresponding folding tool, making the process independent of primary packaging influences. Subsequently, the product is precisely and gently inserted into the prepared container. Depending on performance requirements, this is done flexibly via a modern pick-and-place system or a coordinated product handling system.
