The SFS 427 packaging machine consistently implements this principle: it precisely forms the cartons while your products are optimally prepared in parallel for the packing process—fast, gentle, and perfectly synchronized.

The machine is ideally suited for packaging upright products in display-ready packaging at the point of sale. The products are first grouped in a stacking chute and then inserted safely and precisely into the already formed tray or base section using a product-guiding cassette. In the filling position, the prepared pack is erected by 90° and the stacked product group is pushed in under control. Depending on the application, the SFS 427 offers additional flexibility: products can alternatively be placed into the pack via a pick-and-place system, allowing them to be positioned precisely in a horizontal arrangement. For wraparound packaging, the lid flaps are then closed precisely—ensuring stable, transport-safe, and visually appealing packaging.
