Our wrapping machines package your bottles precisely, quickly, and gently – even at outputs of up to 12,000 bottles per hour. The bottles are first fed upright to the turning station and then transported horizontally into the conveyor chain. Paper or film blanks – with or without register print – are precisely transferred to the special wrapping mandrels via a feeding device with rotating knives. There, the bottles are continuously wrapped in a tubular fashion.

Neck and base wrapping heads accompany the bottles, grip the excess wrap, and twist it – alternatively, a fold can also be made. Finally, an uprighting station gently repositions the bottles before they leave the machine perfectly wrapped.
