Tray Erectors
60
TRAYS
PER MINUTE
THE SMALL ONE FOR EVERY SIZE.
The small machine for large blanks: The SFS 436 Tray Erector produces open trays, also in large size, in a small to medium performance, and as such, represents the alternative to the SFS 337 Tray Erector. It uses forming matrices to enable it to work with the most wide-ranging formats spanning right up to a tray size of 800 x 1,200 mm. The optional automated magazine loading represents a sensible added extra here, especially in the case of these large blank sizes.
Various tray sizes and formats can also be processed using this machine. With flap reinforcement, with L or triangular flaps or with additional top flaps. In addition, all blank materials – from plain cardboard to double corrugated carton – can be handled. For the high-performance range the Tray Erector SFS 337 can also be designed as a compact version to exclusively handle open trays. Thereby, a capacity of 60 cycles per minute can be reached.
